The room featured a comfortable king bed and a modern bathroom. The shower had strong water pressure, which I found refreshing. I appreciated the fast, complimentary wireless internet. It allowed me to catch up on work efficiently .
The gym was quite small and had limited equipment.

I found the hotel near the train station. My standard double room had enough space. I liked there was space for clothes. The bathroom size was perfect.

i found the staff to be very friendly! the receptionists were cute and quite nice. the bed in my room was comfortable, which i really appreciated. the location was also pretty great, with easy access to the train and bus stations. wow!!!
the fire alarm went off at 3am. we all had to evacuate the building. we stayed outside for over an hour with no information. oh my god!!!

the staff upgraded my room and that was unexpected. i also found complimentary treats and birthday balloons in my son's room, which i thought was especially thoughtful. it made the celebration nice, and the service was superb.
the air conditioning was a little difficult TO operate.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The service from the staff is excellent. I really liked the relaxing zones by the reception and bar. The restaurant food was AMAZING!!!
The receptionist was not particularly friendly upon check-in. I requested a quiet room and was given a standard room on the second floor. First impressions when entering the room were it was a bit drab. The room was very dirty.
