comfortable bed modern bathroom fast internet
The room featured a comfortable king bed and a modern bathroom. The shower had strong water pressure, which I found refreshing. I appreciated the fast, complimentary wireless internet. It allowed me to catch up on work efficiently .
The gym was quite small and had limited equipment.

The hotel is very central, close to major transport links and city center attractions. There are various restaurants and shops within a short walk of the premises. This made exploring the area simple.

a decent experience
friendly staff comfortable bed great location fire alarm long evacuation poor information
i found the staff to be very friendly! the receptionists were cute and quite nice. the bed in my room was comfortable, which i really appreciated. the location was also pretty great, with easy access to the train and bus stations. wow!!!
the fire alarm went off at 3am. we all had to evacuate the building. we stayed outside for over an hour with no information. oh my god!!!

upgraded room complimentary treats birthday balloons
the staff upgraded my room and that was unexpected. i also found complimentary treats and birthday balloons in my son's room, which i thought was especially thoughtful. it made the celebration nice, and the service was superb.
the air conditioning was a little difficult TO operate.
